ok, they are called asian thugs/gangs. They like to get high, (I can't figure out if they just can't handle the drugs, or if they take too many) and do their little dances in the front of any particular party.

Then they slap you in the face.

Really, they don't say anything because they are too high.

Solution:

Hit, push, kick- HARD! Or start flailing back. They'll get the idea.

I hear ya on that one! But some people, you just gotta expect they're going to flail on you now and then. Just be carefuly whom you choose to make plans with and the problem will slowly disappear.
