awwww . . . I feel ya. I hate getting on the transit. But its either dealing with the many DUMB FUCKS on the bus or paying 6 bucks a day for parking. But i do agree with you. *look at my punk on the bus post* I just put my head down and if anyone cuts in front of me, I yank em by their colars LOL hehehehehe. Hope your day gets better.

I hate quoting the bible but "Do Unto Others As You Would Have Do Unto You" is a very simple rule that people just don't abide by. I always wanted to take the persons credit card and track down where they work and walk in and just start ranting and raving at them and then in a calm voice say "Now how does it feel when I come into your work and treat you this way". I don't know I hope that we (the next gen) set better standards for society than our current fore fathers who have seemed to have lost the concept of common desency.

ugh yes. people are rude snappy and more rude in general I find. the one I hate about the bus is how everyone tries to rush on right away while there is a mom with her stroller trying to get off. wait your turn retards!
customer service is the worst, I understand you there. once you get behind a counter you are no longer a person you're a thing that's supposed to know all and see all. I love getting yelled at when I don't know where to find organic juice ( after telling them you won't find it in our store) or better yet, why the hell don't I know where you can find organic juice bottles? I mean I am customer service right? what the hell is wrong with me? and just great we are getting into the rudest worst shopping season of the year. woohoo! |

the fact is, some people are trash. they act like it, and always will. just try not to let that shit get you down.
it's funny though, people act like pricks, like that's gonna get them anywhere. i go out of my way to fuck w/ people acting like pricks. |

That reminds me of this lady I saw today. I got off the skytrain at granville, go up the escalators and walk through the door. On your right you have the little convenience store thing and there were a few young korean girls standing there. They weren't in anyones way, there was plenty of room and it wasn't even that busy. This prissy ass older lady walks as if she has a set path and everyone has to get out of her way. She ends up totally knocking shoulders with one of the girls, who was looking the other way. She turns around and starts apologizing and this older lady just starts muttering and giving her dirty looks. I walked behind her like WTF? I had the urge to speed up and knock right into her and make a sarcastic comment. :\
Transit + customer service are just bad. Taking transit to and from your customer service job is even worse. Been there, and will be for a while. |

Hnn... This why I:
A). Always wait until the crowd has settled down before getting on a bus. It's not like I'm in a major rush to get on the bloody thing. It won't leave before I have to get on. Sure, it's nice to get a seat but, honestly, I'd rather stand than sit beside another person in cramped conditions (unless that person's a hottie :D ). B). Gave up customer service work to do grunt manual labor work. Just go in, do the job without interruption, and no pissy attitudes to deal with (heh... not even the boss since I'm on night crew). It's amazing how much my level of drinking down at the pub has gone down ever since I made the change. |

I often dream of seeing the next person that doesn't offer their seat to an old person or steps on my foot without saying excuse me taken right off the bus and executed.
Back to reality though I hear what you're saying, there are a lot of rude people that could really use a lesson in manners. Iguess on the bright side if you're on the bus you don't have to deal with them crashing into your car, cutting you off, stealing your parking and all of that. As for customer service I know if you're having a bad day people can get to you but for real if they're acting like pricks just be polite and laugh at them on the inside. Personally I find that the bitchier a person is the funnier it is to me as the chances are they need my help to get something done and I can make their day just that little bit more agonizing if I want to. |
