holly fuck oh zone is shitty but fuck sonar is gay who the hell charges a 20 dollar cover to get into a club i dont care if the fuckin dj is from the uk he could have craweled out of the owners ass and i still wouldnt be impressed with him or the cover i mean i had more fun at tribeccas and yet not to sound like a cheap ass but theres no cover and there is a dj ??? and they were pretty good with bringing in, out side booze i got asked to put my fuckin smoke out at sonar fuck if iam gonna pay 20 bones to stand in side a building and be bitter iam gonna have a fuckin smoke and aint nobody gonna say shit to me and to make the night even better some fuckin hick ass yankee knocked my beer out of my hand ad took off right after ... thats fucking ignorent, punk ass mother fucker
i hate drinking downtown the only time iam gonna go drink downtown is at a sports event cause theres nothin worse then walkin out of a bar or club and have some fuckin crackass standin there with his hand out ... can i have some change well no you cant have any of my fuckin change all though i probabley got a pocket full of it i worked hard for my money and iam not gonna give it to some chump to go spend on rock go get some fuckin help get off the crack and get a job then maybe just maybe you wont have to sleep in a piss filled corner with a soaked blanket fuck it iam done

If you don't want to spend the $20, you're not that far from the Cambie... or the Drink... or any one of the other less expensive bars in downtown...

For the record, DJ Hyper fucking killed it on friday. It was worth $20 to me, but I only paid $15 because I'm a fan and I bought presales.
Bottom line is, Vivid is bringing in DJ talent from around the world, more so than any other club night. If you're just out to get loaded, do what ebbomegga said and go to the bourbon or cambie or lamplighter. Or better yet, stick to Slurrey and the Ho-zone.

Those are the kinds of shows you only go to if you want to see the headliner and are into the music. If you don't give a shit about the music, just go somewhere else. But then I guess that's already been said. I guess the important thing here is that you quit whining.
