headaches that wont ease up

i've had a really bad fucking headache for almost a week now.

it seriously feels like there's so much pressure on my head that if i were to blink my head would explode.

i think its sinus related...and i have nothing to take for it, and no money to pay for anything

so .. does anyone have any good ways of getting rid of headaches?

(besides tylenol..cause i've had too many)

I had the exact same thing going on all last week. It would even wake me up at night, and no, I don't know how to get rid of it :( I had to wait for it to go away on it's own.

i do take vitamins...everyday

a mulitvitamin, an iron pill and a b12

Go into a walk in clinic of something of that sort and talk to a doctor if the head aches dont go away soon.

headaches can also mean you're dehydrated. drink lots and lots of water.

^^^ huh i never even thought of that

and if its still like this in a few days i will go to the doctors...but like i said... i cant afford any kinda prescription right now...so i have to suffer

and myra...sex is the best cure...alright who wants to come over and help me get rid of my headache?!?

actually.... it could be serious. u could suffer an anurizim(sp?) or some sort of clot. I'm not joking around go get it checked out.
