Alright, so I'm getting rdy for work, I slipped down the stairs, Fawked up the right side of my hip. Thank god nothing is broken (i hope) haven't gone to the doctor yet, but i probably will if this pain keeps up. So here I am limping around like a old man, with a pack of ice tied around my waist. All i need is a kane, and some white and grey hair, and I'm all set. FAWK THIS PAIN!!!!

NO haven't walked much lately. But I am starting to feel better, put some ice on it to stop the swelling, and the heat pack to get the nice warm comphy feeling. I can walk without a harsh limp now. But man it was really fawking hurting earlier.
