Tampon Commercials
Ok i dont get it...they have those ummm ones that no one is supposed to know its a tampon right?.....one guy thinks its candy ...the teacher thinks its gum....
but they run the commercials so much EVERYONE knows whats they look like

little yellow plastic covered lol so they basically defeted the whole concept

"heres a tampon that no one will know its a tampon,but we are gonna run commercials over and over and over so that everyone who sees it ..knows" lol

at the last twisted rave that i went to the security guard questioned the compact tampon package that i had. i actually had to open one of the packages to show him. when i open the package i could tell that he was embarassed, so to make it worse i gave him a demo on how to put it all together and then pushed the tampon out for him. kekeke

My favourite tampon commercial ever:

One boy, about 5ish... rifling through his parents medical cabinet. Another boy, 5ish, comes up to him and asks him what he's doing. He says he's looking for <brand name> tampons.... to which his friend/brother replies: "What can you do with that?"

"All kinds of things.... You can ride bikes, or horses, or go swimming.........."

Then they show the tampon box, and the announcer says "<brand name> Tampons. You can ride bikes, or horses, or go swimming.........."

I laughed my ass off.

I think it was O.B.

or how the commercials, are generally just so stupid. like they make an actually storyline out of them. They can't just be like, "here's some tampons, you know what they do, buy em" like that one where the roommate needs to borrow a tampon cause she only has no name ones left, and then her roommate is making out with some guy so she rolls in there all sneaky goin spy kids on our ass's gets the tampon and rolls out of there...like seriously?

Why put those ads on TV anyways? Especially on TLC during Monster Garage and the likes... someone doesn't do their Advertising Market Targeting very well...
