i got a bag have had since i was like 10...... it is big 130 bag and since a couple years ago i can start really moving the bag and geting swing on it, i hit it so many times there is a nice indentation in it.....
i never like to talk about it or use it but i was in tai-che *i cannot spell * for a while which tought me mind control and that fighting is within the mind and all about mind strength..... i got to brown belt and only got half way through b4 i picked up muie-tai which u all have seen is like UFC shit where u use knee's and everything but elbows are padded, and i did that for just under a year it was pritty savage, alota bruises but fun, and i boxed for just over a year after that now i just do it as a work out or tension relieaver or w/e
it is dope shit i never use my in ring fighting shit i guess i wat just a aggressive child/early teen, but it is fun stuff and it will make it easier if u do get into a fight it isn't a shoking to get punched and u can punch back without ever hurting your wrist because u gain alota calcium strength in your jaw and wrist and basically whole hand....
i suggest buying one and start learning a bit of boxing.
