Well done google - but im not sure its that simple - i still hate ebay - I hope those are Canadian and not American numbers - good looking out though god!
Oh and i'm not the first to ask why ebay doesn't offer telephone support - check this link:

ebay isn't 100%, i know i bought a few video games that didn't show
but i have bought stereo equipment that was there the next week

well t hey do have some sort of customer help. in fact, the customer service center is right here in the lower mainland!

you could always, y'know, try the 'live help' option on the website.

seriously, watch who you buy from. if you just buy from anyone, well you deserve to get ripped off then.

if you're careful, it's a lot less likely (but not completely unlikely, of course) to happen.

Actually im a cusotmer support rep for ebay. They only have phone support for power sellers. Others have to go through email. Although the # is posted on the ebay site but it is very hidden. When it comes to fraud it get prety bad but most of the time it's becuase the buyer is very extremly stupid. However that isn't always the case. Ah wells use it if u like it dont if u hate it
