Parents fighting!

For fuck sakes... I hate when they know it's close to the end so all they do is lash out with sarcastic and ridiculous remarks at each other.

That is why this Christmas is so tainted for me. I have been told by my father that after the Holiday Season, they are going to divorce. Not a very Merry Christmas at all.

It's for the best, I know that for sure, but that doesn't make it any easier.

my parents divorced in 1997 when i was 15. although then i thought it was the worst thing ever, it actually wasn't. it was the best thing to happen. now they are both re-married and very happy. the fact that they are both happy now makes everyone else happy around them. it took me a while to realize that, but once i did, it really put things in perspective. i'm not saying it won't be hard, but once things settle down again, you'll be fine. these things unfortunately happen for a reason. good luck!

i've hated my parents fighting ever since i can remember..i swear their fights are what my childhood memories consist of..3 years ago, i discovered their divorce about 6 months after they did it so be happy your parents told u..

its not easy for sure...just hope that this is best for ur parents and that the fighting will end..

but sometimes it doesn't..
