Buying stuff thats not on sale!

Who buys a Guess purse, wallet and belt when they are not on sale anymore? ME... Yeah, me. If u ask me, Guess' boxing week event (dec26-28) was too short! I could have bought them when I first saw them for 25% off... But no. I didn't. But they are super hot so I don't even care :P

the other day i was going to get these pj pants for my bf from old navy cause i trashed his old ones. i thought they were 50% off so i waited in the dumb lineup and it ended up being full price cause the sale was only on christmas pj pants. very gay, i refuse to spend over $20 on anything at old navy that place is a shit hole.

i walked away and was all snarly for a couple mins after :(

I'm still wondering why my store had lineups to the back of the store all week. People waited in line to buy FULL PRICED items when we're going to have these items for weeks and weeks to come! Strange I tell you. I wouldn't be caught dead waiting in that lineup...it got so bad on boxing day that we actually had a fist fight in Garage Clothing!

Kam - Yes... I know :) I think I need to read confessions of a Shop-a-holic. I have a New Year's resolution to be better with money though. Haha... We'll see.

Kels - That is annoying. I hate when sale prices are unclear and only like one colour or one style of something is on sale. Grrr... And you're right. Nothing in Old Navy is worth paying more than $20 for. If I remember right, AE also has nice pj pants for guys, and they can get down pretty cheap.

Desiree - A fist fight? Awesome! I wish stuff that exciting happened when I worked in retail. And I know what you mean about line ups for regular priced merch. It doesn't make sense! I know I waited in that long ass line bc I'd called ahead and put the two items I wanted on hold (last of each) and there was no way I was coming all the way back to the mall to get them later. I had a nice convo with the lady ahead of me in line. Lol. She helped me decide which wallet was more practical for the purse I was buying. I decided I might as well ask someone while I was waiting in line contemplating it :P
