Actually, I can honestly say I've had better cs from telus than I just had with Bell. Trust me, I wasn't being irate or irrational (having worked customer service and in a call centre previously, I do know better than to do that), but I think the representative I just dealt with was dropped on the head as a child.

They can't transfer you, but have them e-mail her to contact you. I used to work with her and she totally hooks up the shit for Grady! As for CS sucking - I looooooove the CS I get at Fido. I've been with them for 5 years and I can't complain. Well, the only thing I will complain about is the only bluetooth phones they have are fucking Sony-Ericsson and I can't STAND them! I figure I will prob. have to get a Rogers phone and have in un-locked :( |

I know..I totally should have asked for someone, but I wasn't really willing to waste any more time talking to a doorknob. Two of my brother's good friends are floor walkers at that callcentre, so they're like supervisors or whatever.
The problem has been solved, I think. But seeeeriously, I'm going to send a letter to them with the text of my original post :p |
