i have a few things that i'll do, always always always go to the gym/run/bike etc. takes the stress right away, and makes me feel soo good. aside from that i might just take a day off, sit back, listen to sum good music or watch sum movies & not do much for the rest of the day....drawing or writing also helps sometimes too:)

I usually stay busy with school or work, then goto the gym for a few hours, eat something healthy then sit back, smoke a phat joint and spin some records. This whole process makes me feel ALOT better, keeps me centered.
Sometimes i also talk to people, go out and have some fun, get really drunk and have a blast with some close friends. |

I have a self-care plan when shit gets stressful. Like if you are going through a tough time, make sure you have time to put towards yourself (ie. going for icecream, walking dogs, going for dinner, playing sports, whatever!). Doing things that you enjoy. Doing things that will elleviate stress and anxiety. Like talking to someone who will empathize with your situation, like your Mom, best friend, boyfriend. It really varies from situation, but really doing any of these things makes me feel at least a lil better.

^^^ aww thanx. im dealing with it pretty well...or so i think...and then i wake up in the morning and my jaw is sore from grinding my teeth in my sleep (and no its not from all the past drug use)...
and then randomly during the day i also feel myself clenching my teeth, and then feeling really blue |
