not again!
I got a pluged nose and an icky throat!
I dont want to be sick again
how do I prevent myself from gettting sick?
I need to start taking vitamins I guess.

Yeah I feel that. My trick is to take eccinacea like you mad at it

and drink LOTS of fluids
and rest LOTS.

I've been able to avoid disaster on a few occasions because of this :)

and this morning i woke up with a soar throat
not cool i hate getting sick cause my back problems start to get really bad

im so sick right now it is gross. I have talked to so many people who are sick right now to...its going around. I have been drinking lots of tea taking baths and resting thats all u can really do is take care of yourself

yea my whole freeking body hurts!
