Not really... I did get a Guy that was complaining about an Airplane that was "flying too low" when he hadn't even been outside to look at it. HOW CAN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING THAT YOU HAVEN'T EVEN LOOKED AT?! Like wtf?! I can't do shit about it unless I have an idea what it looks like. Sometimes I just want to throw the Phone out the Window.

I do tech support over the phone for work all the time. It's the dirtiest shittiest part of the job. I find that fooling the person into thinking they're in charge of the conversation is the fastest way to get through problems.
