It's the music man, nothing more. I don't know how old you are but at 36 you may not want to be at a rave or whatever version of it will be around, but believe you me, you will be listening to the music that spawns it or whatever genre you're listening to now. Unless you plan on growing old and all of a sudden decide to switch to big band music from the 40s or 50s. I never thought I would wind up at a rave of all places at 36. I would have to say that at the most, it was an educational exprerience. Would I want to do it again? Perhaps, I did enjoy watching the new generation enjoy theirselves. Do I want to be a regular at these raving events? No. It's not my scene and I'm way past that. Do I want to be in a club either spinning or enjoying some DEEP SOULFUL HOUSE beats...HELL FUCKING YEAH, til the day I die. HOUSE MUSIC IS MY LIFE and aint no shame in that my friend.

I'll see you at the grave with my 12s and Urei in hand

ya dude, your totally right about that, they didnt really have the trance/breaks/ all that good stuff in the 60's, but they had hendrix and morrison, and im sure everyone back in the 60's still have great respect for them, hell i do, but yes, i understand what you mean, i listen to a lot of rock, and i think i will throughout my life, i listen to a lot of house/trance/breaks too, i probably wont mind listenin to it when im older, but not like all the time, i guess if your a DJ its different, could you imagine, your a grandpa at like 75 years old and you have your kids over, and there kids and they surprise you one time while your listenin to blarin some tiesto in your house haha, would be quite funny:P but ya man, not disrespectin you or anything
