A virus murderd my computer
i now own a hunk of metal in my basement i got it over msn, what it does (if you click on the link) is it opens a conversation with everyone online and sends them a message saying "omg this is funny some link" and then if you click on it, it asks if you want to download a short video thing and THAT is the virus. after that my computer did some pretty strange stuff and then screen went black with a little flashing line at the top. now i know that isn't a good sign. so i restarted and went to do a virus scan, the damn thing deleted TWO of my virus protection/scanners but my mom is paranoid about viruses so she had three on my computer. the last one picked up 2 Trojan viruses and deleted them but my computer is still F'd up. arg! so annoying!!!!

Let me add: NEVER click on anything that is a *.pif file. Those are 9/10 times going to be a virus of some sort.

lol yea even me who sucks at computers knew something was wrong and wasnt easily fooled into clicking on it but it wouldnt of mattered if i did cause my computer alreayd has a virus and its on its last run. new pc here i come

hahaha that's beautiful:P well fixed the computer tonight. had my mom help me out cause she sorta works with computer. turned out there was 13 Trojans on this old tower. she did some weird thing in MS-DOS and deleted the viruses from there. still annoying that some people have THAT much time on their hands to make shit like those.

I bit on it.. wasn't really thinking, was just like "oh, it's from cubed, whatever".

Shit got all screwey, computer shut down... I started it up again and things seemed fine. Spent the next couple of hours finding an update to get rid of it. Got rid of it.
