HOW am i suppose to sleep with these feathered rats cooing and shitting on my balcony ! I hate them... why cant any of the unpleasent animals go extinct!

Now THAT is so far the best idea I've heard all day. Other than having an Avian Deviant Army of your own... Jen, you could try getting some chicken wire and strapping it to your Patio rail so that they can't perch on it.

You could try a plastic owl to scare off those friggin pigeons. I got one to get starlings off my roof, it works on the dumb birds but not the smart ones.

Maybe attach it to your balcony railing so it looks more realistic.
