Advil Gel Caps... can you help me?

I woke up this morning with so much muscle pain in my left bicep. I can't extend my arm past 90 degrees. It's also incredibly swollen.

I know it's a combination of 3 hours at the Gym on Friday and playing the drums throughout the night last night.

My dad brought home some Advil Gel Caps. Hopefully they work. Can anyone here recommend something better? If the problem persists, I think I am gonna go down to the walk-in clinic.

advid is the brand name for ibuprophen, which is an anti-inflammatory

it should work

take 400mg of it, that's the dosage of maximum strength advil...pretty much the strongest anti-inflammatory you can get over the counter

if you went to the walk-in, the doctor would probably say the same thing...or prescribe something called naproxen, which is another anti-inflammatory
it's available over the counter in the states

Yeah, I took 400mg's. I can extend my arm alittle more now... but we will have to see.

I think I will only work legs tonight.
