u know, it almost seemz like u're driving drunk when u have to drive sooooo early in tha morning. i mean, u're soo groggy and all that shit. for example, this morning, while i wuz drivin' to class, i almost got hit by 2 carz!! now, i don't know if that'z normal since i'm still gettin' used to driving in vancouver, but that'z nut'z!! there were car'z swervin' all over tha place!! and tha ppl in tha car'z look sooo...hmmmm....whut's tha word i'm lookin' for.......spaced. it'z almost as if tha street'z are filled with mindless drones.

oh, and don't get me started on driving during tha day. shit, ppl cut u off all tha time!! where do theze ppl learn how to drive!?!?

ƒORM is on a distinguished road
I hate winter-season-morning-driving

It begins with a crisp walk outside (for most of us), followed by the cold uninviting interior of the car. If you're lucky it snowed/dropped below 0 the night before and you have to reach under seat, grab the brush and wipe/scrape off all the windows. You then turn over the engine and then sit for several minutes while it heats up. If you're double lucky you'll forget that you went clubbing the night before and forget that you didn't turn down the car stereo. After an unpleasant blast of hard house or breaks you have a few minutes to kill. Now that you've been in the car for a few minutes the windows fog up so now you have to wait 3 more mins for your breath to disappear. Once you get the car moving it takes a 5 min steep hill to warm the thing up and once you've done that you're ready for the road. In Vancouver, it's not uncommon to get into several "almost" accidents each morning. People are slower, some are in a rush and others aren't sure wtf they're doing up. They have no purpose other than to waste road space. Just be happy you're not a 7am courier.

somedays, i have to be at work at 7am. and since i live in the middle of no where...half way to whistler basically...i leave home at 6:30ish. IT"S SO FUCKING BUNK. especially in the winter. And a few weeks ago, managment decided to "experiment" and start people at 6am...needless to say, i REFUSED to work that shift because i'd have to wake up at like...4:30 in the morning. I usually go to bed at that time.
