that's part of the conspiracy though, they make sure we're too tired to do anything about it... except leave work early and go back to sleep - yay!

wtf, why are people complaining.. you should all be happy that it will stay sunny out for longer.. this is how we get sunsets at 8 and 9 pm in the summer.. is 1 hour really that hard to adjust to? sounds like youve never had a few days without proper sleep or somethin.. flame away

I don't mind... I rarely notice the fact that I lose an hour.

1 hour isn't even that bad. It's easier to ajust to than the day after an all nighter party

I don't think it's that bad of an adjustment to make. Like 420-crook said, way easier than after a party. For the first time this year i may actually leave my work with the sun still up:)

Theres nothing worse than having to change all the clocks in your house to adjust to this change. I can imagine all the vcrs that are flashing 12:00 because ppl can't figure out their electronic gizmos. This issue has been brought up in many countries. Some have chosen not to participate while others have jumped on the bandwagon. "Energy savings" debates have come up but so have "more car accidents" arguments. The figures show that car accidents actually spike around the time of this silly switch over. Many people feel "adjusted" by the missing hour each fall & spring and struggle to fall asleep or wake up in time for work.

I'm all for the elimination of daylight savings.

Yeah but that would bring 4am light... I don't know about you but for me sunlight at 4am would blow. With the switch you get darker mornings as well as the lighter evenings.

I think it's a good trade but losing the hour does usually take me a few days to adjust to.

do you guys complain every year? do you not remember the effects from a year ago?

I think you all should just deal with it. it's not going to change anytime soon.

I like it better now. Just before daylight savings kicks in, it starts to get light out too early, which means for the two weeks or so before it, I'm wide awake at like 5 because my room is far too bright for that early.

oh man, and I can't complain about it staying light out later.

the 4am sunshine thing is way too much, agreed... soooo, why don't we just always have more sun at night (i.e. keep the daylight savings schedule and get rid of the other one), it's not like you really need the sun before 8am in the winter anyway.
