fuck you for changing my plan and not telling me.

fuck you for not even giving me any sort of deal on a new phone, when the one i have now is over 2 years old.

fuck you and your snotty customer service respresentatives. i'm not a moron, don't treat me like one.

fuck you for refusing to give me access to my account even though i'm supposed to have FULL control (and always have before).

fuck you for telling me i have to give YOU 30 days cancellation notice. that's a waste of $140 in TWO fucking months of airtime i'm not even using.

fuck you and your useless website with a FAQ that doesn't even find anything when searching the word "WIRELESS".

My friend at work was bitching about Bell earlier this week too. She told them to fuck off and die a horrible death and switched Companies. Anyone want to come blow up the Bell Blimp? It's tied down in Ladner. ;)

i have never had a problem either. they let me pay my bill a bit late, plus the reception i get is the best i have had in the past 7 years...better then telus and fido.

I fucked bell along time ago. I hate bell. By far the WORST phone company I have dealt with. They would tell me I have one plan..but then I would be paying for another one. Plus a bunch of charges I didnt understand. It cost me ALOT to buy out the stupid contract.

i never used to have any problems with them. they were great before! if they had been treating me like this, i wouldn't have stayed with them for over 2 years.

now they're being fucktards, and it's really irritating.

the worst is when i call in, i've yet to get a nice customer service rep. they're all snotty little cunts, and i know it's not me. i'm not being rude, or disrespectful, or unfriendly. i know how bad the job can be, yet they still treat me like shit. makes me wonder how they treat the morons who they have to deal with.

^ naw, they all do, unfortunately.

i'm just pissed with bell right now. i was all angry with rogers before, and they're the reason i switched to bell. it's almost like a vicious circle.

i think the biggest part of my anger is how they never fucked me around like this before. if they had always been like this, i would've expected it. ah well.

In my experience, cell company's are much like banks; whatever cellular provider you bring up someone is gonna love them, and someone is gonna hate them. All in all, it sucks to get screwed by a cell company. Better luck next time!

deal on the new phone? you can upgrade once every 18 months.

No access to do shit on your account? Is the phone in your name? Doesn't sound like it. The person who owns the account decides how much access you have to do stuff, more than likely you're authorized to do everything BUT cancel your account, that is not really bell's fault.

not telling you about 30 days notice for cancellation? did you read the service agreement (contract) at all? It's not really bell's fault you didn't take a look or keep a copy for your reference. Most other providers have that rule as well, unless you're on prepaid service.

I dunno, I can totally understand why you're pissed off, roger's f'ed me royally on a cellphone way back when and I was choked. I can't really go and blame them for things I didn't keep in mind/remember/do with my account though.

Hopefully you'll be happier elsewhere :)

i figured as much. i'm not expecting a deal on a new phone every 6 months or anything. i've had this one phone for over 2 years now though.

i understand i can't cancel the account myself, that wasn't the problem. i'm supposed to have full access to everything else though (and have before) but they keep fucking around with that. it's in my dads name, but he gave me full control.

i'm not on a contract though. i never was. i was more irritated by the fact that when i first called to try and do that, they didn't even tell me. THEN when it actually was, they tried to make me keep my plan the same (about $70/month) when i'm not even using it AT all since i've already gotten a new phone. not to mention they're convinced our other phone is on a contract, when it never was.

yeah, i just hate getting screwed around. not to mention every customer service rep i've been getting lately has been SO rude to me. i wouldn't be as irritated if they weren't so rude, since i'm never rude or angry towards them.

ah well. it's mostly done and over with (well, in about 30 days it will be ;))
