the rogers wireless support line
ok, lets start off by saying im one of those cats that likes to hit "0" as soon as I hear a recorded voice. Has anyone heard the rogers personalized voice recognition system??? Fuck this shit is annoying. Instead of hitting numbers to direct your call you actually have a choice of things to say. so after the phone jerk says "now where would you like me to direct your call?" you have to say it "billing info" or something like that. It goes on and on even after you hit 0.
this pisses me off especially when I'm phoning b/c of my large phone bill. which mite I add is going to be even higher now b/c of these boneheads! oh and top of that please don't tell me to visit your piece of shit website b/c theres only so much info I can get there before I have to call one your bonehead operators. Everytime I hang up the minion on the other end lets me know about rogers.com UGH! I got the friggin phone number from the website! |

Note to everyone, this is the future of IVRs.
TELUS, TELUS Mobility already have it, and basically TELUS puts in to service products which it is going to sell... It's annoying but once you've used it a few times you learn what she/he wants to hear. As well she can do a bunch of stuff for you without speaking with a person so you can do things after hours on it as well. Generally if you just ask for 'agent' it will bring up a list of agents which you can speak to. Does Rogers not have the 611 thing as well to reach them for free from you phone? |
