Ahhhh. so stressed out.

I'm out of my place on thursda at noon...

No renters have even bothered calling my refferences yet. Ageism to the extreme. Yes I'm 20. Yes I want a house. No I am not a drug dealer. Here are my pay stubs. Yes I make more than you. No I am not loud. Here are my refferences including current landlord.

But still no one will rent to me. A few renters have tried to talk me into a smaller place. I don't want a smaller place.

Why do landlords refuse to even check my refferences? I mean I'm a quiet guy who makes 100grand+ a year with over 20 employees working for MY OWN bussiness.

Sure, I'm only 20, but I can gaurantee I make more money then most of the families they want to rent to, and I'm betting I'm quieter and would probably keep their house in better condition, yet they won't even bother considering me enough to check my refferences.

*cries*

Looks like my possessions are all goign into storage and I'm living in a hotel for a while.

how about dont rent... talk to the bank and buy a friggen house... guarenteed youd be living in your place by the end of the week. no need for references.

i have 30g's in car loans(betweebn my vette/van)

and i was gonna buy a house with my dad, he actuaaly had 10gs of my money, but he backed out...

i pay on commission.... depending days worked, orders written etc... my employees range in pay from 150week-1000week avg.
