my digital camera won't turn on anymore :( makes me sad.

and yes, i replaced the batteries several times.

only had the thing since christmas, too. and now i don't have a camera for boston/new york and shambhala unless the people can fix it and ship it back to me before then which is doubtful.

i should have bought that stupid scammy future shop warranty plan. then they would just give me another one.

^that's so true. i stopped getting those future shop warranties because i never used them and they cost a lot of money...but now i need it dammit. fuck technology!

it should come standard with a one year manufacturer's warranty shouldn't it? the crappy part is it takes longer and you have to mail it to the manufacturer, but look into that!

If you want to take it to a repair place, go to the Camera repair center on Burrard, near that subway that is around 1st ave.

They're upstairs. They're Russian. They're weirdos. And they do a damn good job, for cheap.

yeah, i got a one year warranty on it. so i'll probably just send it to canon to have them fix it under my warranty. just a bitch because i wanted to take my camera on my trips this summer...i can borrow my sister's though.

give repair a chance they could probably send it out and have it back to you in time for shambles atleast. even though they have to 'ship it to the factory' youd be amazed at how fast they cna get things done.
