caught a guy stealing shit... informed a manager, and then got in shit for forgetting to shave... and considering that if I just kept my mouth shut I wouldn't have gotten in shit, next time, I don't give a shit...

yeah, I can understand that I should have remembered to shave, but you never give people shit right after a favour...
