I'm pretty sure meth and PMA show up as the same thing, i'm not sure whether PMA is a secondary amine of amphetamine but it's at least tertiary, and that will show up the same as meth with most tests as far as i know..
the problem with those tests is that if you don't have a good grounding in the chemistry involved you'll never be sure. You squirt some juice on a bit of pill, it turns some colour and that tells you about one chemical or one type of chemical, and it doesn't differentiate between different amines, like dex is a primary amine, meth is secondary and PMA is somewhere there so how can you know? plus, who would put GHB in a pill?

IIRC some friends got pills tested specifically for PMA and had it return positive when they had some Es that made them sick on the island... so I'm not too sure. But that's what they determined it was in the pill that made them sick.
