And I should say this is not about all sellers. Mostly towards those that state they won't give you feedback until feedback received in their auctions.

Agreed to a certain extent. As a good buyer I didn't really take into consideration what some sellers may have to go through with some buyers.

Luckily I've never encounter one when I've sold an item.

question, what do we do if we do not receive a package?
lets say it is shipping forever (with express post by the way), oh and the seller is only about an hour drive away-max.
and also, insurance is not offered when paying for the package
