The pot also helps you cut back on cigarettes if your not trying to quit altogether. When i am at home i usually dont even smoke cigarettes at all; I usually only smoke if i go to work, downtown or out socializing.

i smoke..
i have been sick though..
so i havent had a smoke in...... like 2 weeks or something..

quittin cigs is pretty brutal

i was addicted for a couple years.. went cold turkey. been about 3-4 months now. man i thought the cravings would never go away.. but now im findin it pretty easy. I just smoke the odd cigar here and there when I'm drinkin to keep myself happy.

well i say cold turkey, but i actually smoked cap'n blacks when i quit. it helps get rid of the actual nic addiction, then you realize smokin sucks anyway
