This positioning of the sufferer is often called in laymen's terms as "being hard" or "elite". Unfortunately, the only cure for this is a healthy dose of maturity, often something that is difficult to get for many of the sufferers of this disease. Luckily for most, it is only a temporary condition that ends as soon as they have to interact on a regular basis with an intelligent social group.
