It is commonly known as "too-coolitis" often shows up in people of age ranging from 15 to 17 but has been known to continue on into the early twenties... It is often characterized with minimal eye contact (with the exception of the "glare"), random outbursts of cruel comments or laughter directed at other individuals not in the immediate social group of the sufferer (somewhat similar to tourettes) and often the sufferer has a tendency to get stuck in a static position which often manifests in crossed arms and an overall uncomfortable (sometimes mistaken for threatening) position. This positioning of the sufferer is often called in laymen's terms as "being hard" or "elite". Unfortunately, the only cure for this is a healthy dose of maturity, often something that is difficult to get for many of the sufferers of this disease. Luckily for most, it is only a temporary condition that ends as soon as they have to interact on a regular basis with an intelligent social group.
