Iron Chef America.

This is nothing like the original Iron Chef other than having Morimoto on here, and his neo nazi cooking.

The one they usually have on the food network right now at 9pm is soo good.

A: The ingredients
B: The quality of opponents and the iron chefs themselves, far out talent the ones on Iron Chef America.

Also the ones where in the iron chef *japanese* they've had a french chef from france come in and beat one of the iron chefs. Nice and fair a french due.

The skill level is amazing. There is such a gap, when I first saw this show I thought it might be pretty good but was quickly disappointed.

Anyone else think Iron Chef America is really weak compared to the original Iron Chef.
