I am so mad a McDonalds!
I ordered a hot fudge sundae, and they didn't give me a spoon!! Whats with that? How do they expect me to eat it? So I'm using a spoon from home. Sundaes taste like crap with a metal spoon. I want my plastic mcdicks spoon dammit!!

yeah..the metal taste ruins the ice cream taste...one time i ordered soup to go at sum place..and when i looked in the bag..no plastic spoon but they gave me a plastic knife..~

Dude chill out, Its Macdonalds for god sakes. You pay for the food not the service., thats why the prices are soo damn cheap. I'm mean REALLY, its the cheapest fast food out there, how can you expect their service to be good too.

this spoon-lackage post was written with a smile on my face as i found it amusing. I am in no way taking a cheap shot at mcdicks employees.

but it IS a service. fast food chains are the biggest section of the service industry. obviously i, and everyone else, expect the service to be good. bad service means no business. but the forgetting of a spoon.. that doesn't really fall into the bad service cagetory. just to clear that up.

I think McDonalds needs a little help.
Spoon is for sundae, straw is for milkshake.
neither makes customers pissed off. lol

but i think the milkshake spoon is because those triple-thick ones are too thick to suck through a straw.
