Any ladies that have problems with PMS and/or moodiness/stress should try taking Vitamin B...I tell all my girlfriends this. It works wonders!

haha mmm vitamin B! Not only does it work, but it tastes like poison and makes your pee green/yellow. But I do highly agree it works wonders with stress :) and it's also good for clearing up your skin.

Mostly it is the change of horomone levels within womens bodies that make them moody and weird, but there is no defined cause of PMS. Doctors do not know what the exact cause is.

However, most forms of birth control will stop most of the symptoms of PMS. Which further enforces the craziness factor of most women.

^Yah I find I'm a little more stable when I'm on the pill. I don't get cramps and don't deal with PMS to often. Although I still have a monthly cry. It's usually triggered by not being able to find a shirt, or in one case not having pickles in the fridge.
It usually ends as soon as someone asks what’s wrong. At which point I just burst into tears, and then I start laughing because I'm being such a nut job over nothing. And then it's over. Usually takes about 15-20 mins tops.
I think it's just finding a reason to release the pressure.

But if I'm being a bitch, then I'm just being a bitch. It has nothing to do with PMS. But if it seems like my emotions are exaggerated compared to how I would usually react then it's probably hormones.
