People need to realize all cities have their problems, its not just Surrey. I guess people just make fun of Surrey to feel better about themselves. Just because your from Coquitlam doesn't mean you're better than someone that's from Surrey. I lived in Coquitlam, its a boring city and what's with all the metro sexual persians running around the malls there. No offence but in Surrey they'd get their ass kicked for looking like a bunch of fags.

"Did the right thing" in this case is completely subjective.

More objectively, doing the right thing would have been avoiding that situation altogether, or by educating one's self in basic biology and then going down to the sev for some Trojans. (that is, unless said teen actually WANTED to get pregnant, and had the means to support a child without living at Mom's house and ditching high school to get a menial job, thus ruining her life AND her child's life)

I was on the shot and it happend to us. I was on the shot because we wanted to wait till after we were married and for me to finish a 1 year program i was in. But it happend and we dealt with it how was right for us.

Now I dont like seeing a 15 year old girl with a baby or anything like that im just saying sometimes birthcontrol doesnt always pan out and work.

Ok, I guess I didn't articulate myself properly.

I even said in my post I'm aware that accidents happen. And I think hating on young girls for getting prgnant is totally counter-productive.

But you can't try to tell me that:

a)every underage mother in Surrey was using birth control when they got pregnant.

b)a society full of people raised by uneducated, unemployed young women who are still children themselves is a positive thing.

For the record I'm not hating on single mothers either. I was raised by one. But she was an adult and had a job, which gave me a much better chance than if she had been a 16 year old.

I wasnt disagreeing with you i just just stating the fact that i was on it.
Alot of younger girls depend on a guy to have protection and say fuck it and do it anyway when he doesnt or just think it wont happen to them.
