sleep
it's one thing when you have one night where you did the wake up in the middle of the night thing and lay awake in bed for about three hours until you can fall asleep, but it's another when you have four nights in a row where you can barely manage more than four hours of sleep in a night. Then you just start to feel like a zombie in this weird not quite awake or really aware of what's going on around you at all.
I've been exhausted I just can't sleep for the life of me. I hope this ends soon. Apparenty a lot of people feel my pain lately, maybe it's the change in the hours of daylight that is throwing everyone off..who knows |

I've been having the same problem, but in my case I am able to fall asleep an hour or so before I have to get up. I hate it when I look at the clock and it's 7am and I know I have to be up at atleast 8 to make it to work on time. I feel like crap right now cause I'm so tired.

i woke up at 4 this morning talking about curly floor drains, or something like that. im not sure, i dont remember it. i have also been having some shitastic sleeps lately, but i think that is due to 2 ppl on a double and eating right before bed.

Temperature imbalance?
Your sleep pattern may be interrupted due to the recent high temperatures that we've been having over the past couple of weeks.
I've been sleeping lousy myself due to heat. It's hot & humid, then roughly around 3-4ish, the temperature drops, and sometimes people wake up due to the "chilliness". As a result, my body has been tense and sore. I've even managed to pinch a nerve last week. Scheduled myself for a nice massage therapy session to rid the kinks. Try that, or a nice warm bath before bed. REM sleep here I come! |
