Item does not include headphones, manual, box, data cables, or batteries.

Included is one blank mini disc, and the power adapter.

It's in very good, working condition. I've used it to record a couple of times - I just don't do a lot of recording, so it's not much use to me.

It came included in a turntable/mixer package I bought from Greg C. last year.

Two other things...

- USB data cable is not included, BUT it uses a standard USB 2.0 cable - most likely the USB cable for your digital camera will work wonders.

- I will also include a L/R 1/4" Phono to 3mm cable for recording from your mixer.

yes, the r500 has the same line/optical in's.

with that being said, it doesn't have USB in.

oh, actually the usb is only IN (i.e. recording mp3's from your pc to a mini disc). to transfer something from a MD to your PC, you just use the line out (headphone jack) to your soundcard's in port.

you'd use something like soundforge to record it on your pc. it's actually really simple.

plus, you can do a lot of editing on the mini-disc player itself.

yea.. i used to have one but i fried it ..... i just want it to record from mixer to Md and then onto my comp to burn a cd...
