FeelGood is a jewel in the roughFeelGood is a jewel in the roughFeelGood is a jewel in the rough
Ferry Corsten ft. Guru - Junk

Lots of different remix's to this track.

Absolutely loved the 'Body Snatchers Dub Mix'.

Check it out.

i actually already had the originals from the guys who made it, so no i didn't download it. regardless man, i'm having this thread removed, this is bullshit. you should be supporting the music you like, and not promoting the demise of it.

You want to know what’s funny? Listening to self righteous people go off about piracy and paying for tunes when they probably pay far less for music when compared to your average Joe DJ. (ie promos) I’m sure you paid your dues man, but you have to realize the irony there.

He posted a 169k mp3…. What can that be used for? 1. For any self respecting DJ it can be used to sample the music before buying. 2. Non DJs can enjoy the tune for free.

The only market I see being affected is the non-DJ market, which I’m assuming is quite slim in comparison. Is it wrong of him to post that? Sure, Id say so, and im sure the producer might not be happy.

But after hearing more than one of these righteous rants and/or attacks you have to begin to wonder, if it’s really the artists/labels profit your concerned about or if it has more to do that high and mighty feeling you get when laying the smakdown on people….. meh

30HZ is an unknown quantity at this point
Ummm... well its not so much that I mind people checking it out and stuff.... but you could at least fade it in at the beginning and out at the end. I for one am certainly not a rich man and I appreciate the support from people buying our music which helps us keep doing what we do, and giving away free full versions of the track regardless of the quality is a little uncool.

no doubt a combination... but really it's about the fact that the music scene is really hurting right now. if he's posting that up, all the people that might have paid for that 192kbps file, now wont.

do people even buy 192kbp files though? I mean to me anything below 320 is substandard... im not trying to justify anything here btw, I just have yet to be convinced that piracy is as big of a threat as some say it is. I mean ya, some wont buy the 192kb, but those same people could just as easily fire up slsk and dl it after seeing the post. I doubt his actions had any negative impact. In fact it could have very well had a positive impact. He was after all making a post to say how rad the track was. What about the other peeps who heard the file, thought it was dope decided to buy the vinyl or proper bit rate file?

Here’s a question? How are digital (underground) labels doing with regards to selling low bitrate files to the non-dj market? That seems to be a partial focus for a few labels that have just sprung up.

You would think that non-DJs would be less interested in obtaining single tracks (as appose to mixes which are free and in abundance these days) and the ones that are would already be dling of slsk etc. Is this even a viable endeavor from the get go? Is there even a market in existence to face the threat of piracy?

Easy all, Sam Baobinga here.

Just like to repeat that me and Ginz (The Body Snatchers, or Les Snatchers des Bodies for the french speakers) are pretty much the opposite of rich and this whole thing is very much a labour of love.

So yes, we're dead happy that people are enjoying the track and making the effort to hype it off their own backs, that's fantastic - but please support the 'proper' release when it comes out... which is pretty soon anyway!

Hope this didn't appear like a self righteous rant, its hard to reach the keyboard over my many piles of free promos :)
