Hey folks - just some updates on what's been going on with my production/DJ'ing for those that are interested!

Upcoming drum & bass releases:

Pacific and I will also be launching our new label Nightfall Recordings in the new year. The label is geared towards our personal work mostly, but will feature artists here and there whose work we are feeling at the moment. At the moment, we are just finishing the tracks and working out distribution. So far the tracks that we've sent out (just the b-sides so far) have received great support from Ed Rush, Evol Intent, Concord Dawn, Calyx, Pendulum, etc!

Tentative release schedule looks something like this:
001: Psidream & Pacific - Terra Firma / Psidream - Cypher
002: Psidream & Mechwarrior - Hollow Point / Psidream - Roadrage
003: Psidream - Cypher (Optiv remix) / TBA

Currently I am organizing tours of Europe, Australia and New Zealand over the course of November-January. The Aussie/NZ portion isn't done yet, but Europe will include Germany, France, Hungary, Belgium, Switzerland, Scotland, Italy and England, and is my first trip overseas so I'm really excited :P

For local gigs, the only upcoming show is Nov 30 with Concord Dawn, Spor, and many more. Should be heavy.

Now on to Influenza news.. Jason has moved to Calgary which has made things a little harder, but we're still getting shit done. The first vinyl release on our label Epidemic Recordings is about to go to test-press. The first three releases on the label were digital, but we have solidified distribution with L.O.A.D. Media and will be doing mostly vinyl releases from this point on.

Release schedule:
004 Influenza - 'Risky Business' / 601 - 'Five-O'
005 4 Kuba - 'Dear Mate' / 'Dear Mate (Dopamine remix)'
006 Influenza - 'Looking Glass' / 'Looking Glass (Hoffman remix)'

We have some even bigger remixes coming up after, but I've been told not to say anything about that yet!

Other forthcoming Influenza releases:
Influenza - 'Ambush' / 'Anomaly' (Cyberfunk Recordings)
DJ Isy - 'World Domination (Influenza remix)' (Selecta Breaks)

Also look out for future releases ("Sexyback" bootleg is next up!) on the bootleg label Malpractice, which of course has absolutely nothing to do with us.... :D

I think Jason has some plans for a dubstep label as well. He's been picking up some tunes, and I've been writing a bit, so you might see something of that sort emerge in the next year.

The Influenza album which we were working towards has more or less been changed dramatically into the label project, but we intend to do the album once the label is more established so we can put it out ourselves. Chances are most of the tracks will be on the CD only, with the best 4 released on a vinyl EP or 2 singles. Still working out the details on that.

Where in Italy are you playing? Bologna? Those university students love the DNB.

When you're in Hungary you should hook up with SKC for a collab!

yea, bologna.... as for hungary, i don't know about how busy skc is, but i will be staying with chris.su for a few days so i imagine at least a couple tunes will come from that!

staying near optiv for a few days as well ;)
