Ortofon Concorde help

So Ive been using the Concordes for a while now and I like them a lot. But I cant help but think that they could be a bit grippyer. I got the Qbert styli on there now because I keep on hearing about how well they hold a groove...

Im thinkin my tonearm height / needle weight isnt quite right? Im at about 3.25g and the height is 3mm. (0 anti-skating)

Anyone have suggestions or comments? Thanks alot

Infidel is on a distinguished road
Your tone arm should be horizontal when the needle sits on the record. Which one of the concordes are u using?
