i definitely agree with the time thing. if i really want the crowd to hear a certain track, i make sure to start with enough time left in my timeslot.. but most of the time, really, tracks are meant to be mixed. most tracks are boring by the 2nd drop! the only time i care if someone cuts my track off is if it's a brand new track i've just made or gotten or whatever and then i'll just say something.. but yeah. those wiseguys who think they can put on the world's longest song when they're already 10 minutes over and i'll let it finish? in your dreams.

I try to find suitable tracks to mix into what the other dj's left me with, If that track doesn't match my set list I guess i'd have to pull the "cunt move" and take his off and start my set from scratch or just let his play out then start mine from scratch, whatever I usually feel like but 10/10 times I can mix my own tracks into what he/she has left me ..If the person has played over depending on the time frame he/she has left me with then I'd leave it alone till after i've done my shortened set then confront em about it. I wouldn't take it extremely seriously and " knock his ass out " or "throw his vinyl into the crowd " because at a rave that type of behaviour usually gets ya into more trouble than good.
