I'm looking for a house track (1997-2000)

It may be an early Subliminal Records track, but I'm not 100% sure.
It has a deep riff with what sounds like synthesized bells. There is also a lyric, where a girl is singing " Its got that sound that's got my head ringing" followed by these crazy bells.
Well, it was a somewhat big track when I first heard it and I'd like to get a copy. I've only heard it in afterhours, so if you know the track...let me know.
