Digital Over will become famous soon enough
Ya, I've always known the tune to be done/featured by Kirsty Hawkshaw....

Steve Hill also was apart of a new mix of the tune as well...not as good as the original imo, nor the Koglin mix, but its cool to drop in a harder trance set just for fun. Classic tune for sure.

Well, I think we both got it wrong:

From discogs.org:
Miss Jane is not a person; it is a project of Italian producers David Carlotti and Carmine Sorrentino, created in 1998 as a front for Carlotti and Sorrentino's remake of "It's A Fine Day". Their remake is based on samples of Kirsty Hawkshaw's vocals from the 1992 Opus III version, itself a dance remake of a 1983 a capella track by Jane and Barton on the Cherry Red label. A woman named Luisa Gard provides the on-stage image for the touring version of Miss Jane, but does not contribute to the recordings in any way.

So yeah, Jane and Barton (probably where the "Miss Jane" name came from) did the original in 83, and opus iii covered it in 92

DAMNNNNN I was listening to an ATB single that I dug out of an outdated CD book just the other day! It was the ATB 'Don't Stop' single. It doesn't have It is a Fine Day (which is awesome by the way) But there are 6 version of Don't Stop and 6 versions of 9PM -Till I come on it. SWEET.

I fricken LOVE rediscovering old music. probably one of my favourite things to do aside from finding good new music.
