that one copied just fine to my ipod........although it might be a different rip of that EM

there's this setting in itunes.. right click on the file and "convert selection to AAC" I believe it is.. that might fix your problem. All I know, is there were all these files that wouldn't drop onto ipod/rokr and I did that, and they worked.
