i appreciate pretty much all music. i'm just sayin that jungle's the best. I went through my trance stage, hard house stage. and so on. Breaks comes in a pretty close second followed by funky house. OK.

Ask anyone that was at the last Richie Hawtin show what their favourite genre is, that night opened a lot of peoples eyes to hard bangin techno.

I break down music into three categories...

GOOD

AVERAGE

BAD

I listen to good music, well because it's good.

I listen to bad music, because I get out a kick out of something if it's so horribly bad.

I can't listen to average music, it leaves me with an empty feeling inside.

It all depends what mood I'm in, but I'd have to say a lot of my music revolves around techno because it's such a diverse genre.

Why?

So he can be another cardboard cut out of all the other shitty dj's out there, a majority of which shouldn't leave the confines of their homes with a record bag in hand.

Why not strive to be something a bit different, do something that you love, break the fucking tired ass mold that has been created by all these breaks/dnb bedroom dj's that have popped up as of late.

If I had a dime for every fucking kid that has started spinning breaks in the last year I'd be a rich fucking man.

By all means a 'good' breaks dj may keep me entertained for sometime, but a majority of the breaks being played right now are about as mind numbing as a fucking jump up set, there is only so long that you can sit there and listen to the same cookie cutter beat.
