That is a REAL tough one... It totally depends on what kind of music you are in to I suppose.

The category should probably be broken down into two parts - Favorite DJ and Favorite DJ and Producer -- the category for the later one will have a lot less choices.

If u mean in terms of skill? Czech, Tyler 'Tbone' Stadius, +all the other shitloads of house DJs out there... Vancouver has some really good house DJs (and im not sayin that because i like house), but thats about it Id say... other than Czech I dont think there are any well known Djs outta Vancouver that dont spin house =P

But I could be wrong, Im just judging on how well known DJs are globaly and from first-hand experience

Best prog DJ in this city is Julian, resident at Sonar on Tuesdays.

I've never seen a single other DJ in this city even attempt 4-5 minute layered mixes, he does them all the time. His track selection is as good as possible too.

^^^^ Don't forget about Ali. Un-believable mixer... also does those 4-5 minute layers you speak of... Wicked Progressive and Deep House. Not really my thing but definitely a kick as mixer.

Christian Alvarez is also sick... turning into an amazing producer as well and of course, Dave Armstrong along with that.
