Disco house track I.D. @Spooky

Hey all.

Ok, the details on this are kinda sketchy. Sometime between 2 and 4 (still guessing), either norrie, christian, or hirsh played this track that has this sample from what sounded like an old science-fiction movie. It went like "we will build him.....better, we will build him.....stronger" then drops into this crazy disco track. It's one of those tunes that you hear when you're just rolling off your nut and drives you crazy! Any help on this tune would be greatly appreciated!!!!
