The video is lame!!!! Ever since Austin Powers 3, I've lost total interested in Beyonce.
Listen to 2pac - Me & My Girlfriend, this is the original version. The Jay-Z version is about a couple, 2pac's veresion is about is gun. "Girlfriend" is a metaphor for gun. Heh.

Grr....I was so mad when I heard this version....I honestly thought it was a joke. I think it's an insult to Pac's original (which is one of my favorite songs ever...) and, even if they did include him in the back of their music video to give him credit, or even if this remake is to pay tribute to him, they could have waited a few more years! Tupac's Makaveli CD seems like it just came out to me...1996!

ya I'd also have to say the jay z version is not as good compared to Pac's version. I think is lame how Jigga just started dating Beyonce and he puts this track out. It's like when they break up hes gonna look like an idiot. :hehe:

actually they aren't dating that was just a rumour...well at least thats what kelly rowland said, as well as a few other radio stations etc. and besides lotsa ppl do that, look at jennifer lopez, i mean jlo, i mean jenny in her new vid with ben, and usher with all his ones with chili.....
as far as the song goes i really like it, obviously the original is better but nowadays nobody makes ther own music, sooooo many songs are remakes of old ones. i don't know much about the rivalery between jay-z and pac tho but if thats all true n stuff then yeah that is kinda stupid that he did that. but i gotta say this you know the scene in the phone booth?? when they show ther feet?? Deeeeaaaammmmmmn jay's boots?!!!! fuck i wish i had money!!!!

Nas has only done one track with Murder Inc. If you listen to his new album, Irv Gotti and the rest of the INC is no where to be found. Big up to Nas for not getting connected to INC.
Side Note : Nas's new album, "God Son" is a hardcore, rhyme-filled album. Not the typical commercial shit that were used to Nas providing. check this shit out.
