Mac DJ sets

Hey , question from a Mac n00b, just wondering if anyone would share what they use to break up there dj sets on a mac (like a .cue file on a pc) is there a simple way like writing it up in a notepad like utility, or use something like Peak Pro to break the set up and burn them as individual tracks?

Cheers
Bryan

if anyone knows of a way to export a trackmarked mix in peak, let me know too. Right now I just set up my file and copy/paste into new files in order to track out my mix.

Amadeus II or Amadeus Pro.

They're both free downloads, work for 15 days. Really good sound editing software.
