Dub, where art thou?

Does anyone here remember the old DUB music from pre-2000? I've been trying to find this lately but I really don't know where to start, it's been so long since I listened to it that I don't even remember who the major players were back then. I do remember that Scotty Oh used to play some decent dub sets in 96-00 can anyone steer me in the right direction here?
