Or just take the whole audio track, highlight the section that is going to be track one and bouce that. Then do the same for each region you want as a track, throwing them all into a folder and naming them accordingly. You should wind up with a folder that has...Track-1, Track-2, ect.
Then load 'em into you burner and erase the 2 second track gaps that burning software always throws in and presto...mix. Cue sheets are easier but if that doesn't work for ya this always will. |

I dunno about OSX, but I know in some cd recording programs you also need to set it to burn as "disk at once" or "session at once". If this mode is not used, even if you clear out the 2-second gaps, there will still be a split-second gap between each track. Mac software may fix this automagically but if you run into those problems look for something like that.
