Why I think Brittney Spears is a bad person...

I was watching this show on much about sex as a weapon in videos... there was a bit in there about brittney and her half nakedness everwhich way... Do you all recall when she first graced us with her presense? She was all sweet and innocent and cutesy with her pig tails and school girl uniforms... then she got over come in the pop industry and the supposed rule tht you have to be sexy in it... So her image started to change... She got her breast implants or whatever.. she started performing with skin coloured sparkely outfits and appearing in public with less clothes then lil kim.... I can see you asking youself why this is so bad.. guys think she's hot... but my 8 year old sister listens to her music... and i bet a lot of your younger siblings do. Do you really want them looking up to a pop sex symbol? She entered the game being all wholesome to sell records to the younger audience but then decided she didn't like that anymore. But by that time her entire fan base was 7-11 yr old girls... you can't change your image just like that *snap* and expect the kids to know whats right and wrong... Brittney got caught up in the hype and is dragging the next generation into it and thats why i think she's a bad person...

People don't seem to understand why I don't like her, but it goes so much farther than her talentless music. She is corrupting the minds of the young 'uns.

Look in the mall, the "pre-teen" section, its full of skimply little tops and skirts.. little versions of what is made for more mature people. What has influenced this abundance of mini-mini skirts? Well look at how popular Britney Spears is... I think that has a -little- bit to do with it...

But can we really blame her for the image that the recording industry has decided she should portray in order to sell records? Sex sells, it's nothing new, and maybe... _maybe_ it's okay that younger persons learn that, at least that way they'll be prepared for the *gag* "real world". coulda been the music industry that pushed her this far.. and while i don't like britney, it's nto just her! it's all the girls in pop music basically.. soo not all start out as innocent but they all dress more skanky once they're into it..

like take a look at jessica simpson. remember her first video? she wore jeans with a white button up top kinda thing.. showed a bit of her stomach but quite innocent.. / school girlish/ ncie.. not harsh sexy... and look at her now? in the leather pants.. with the leather tops.. and what she wears now..

and one more thing.. bout the clothes for little girls.. from like Le Sluteau.. i'm sorry but can they get anymore skanky?! it's gross. i've seen like bra tops in that section.. BRA tops.. those girls aren't old enuff to even wear TRAINING BRAS!! why would they need bra tops?! and then like little mini skirts.. and i'm sorry but it's just gross.. i've seen to many lil girls lately dressing more and more skankier.. with makeup and stuff.. hell some of those outfits would even be skanky on someone older! and i'ms orry but 8 years olds SHOULDNT WEAR MAKEUP!!! but then of course the only person you can blame for this is their mother... (ya i go 2 the little girls section 2 much... damn my tiny sister and tiny tiny friends..)

But honestly, I think her "image" consultant probably realized that since she was hitting mainstream...he/she convinced her that to "hit big", she would have to show a little shoulder, or a little cleavage, or some more ass to reach that *platinum* record, don't you think?

I just don't like how it's affecting the youth, the type of message she is sending, and how she's making it seem like it's okay...

i believe the spice girls started the line of slutty preteen girls thank you very much. and now you have 12 year old girls getting knocked up by 19 year old guys that think the girls are 16 cuz of the way they dress. hell not even I wear some of the stuff i see fuckin' 8 year olds wear nowadays.

*shrugs* sex sells. children are easily corrupt by new fads, no one wants to be different and an outcast. maybe some of the "luckier" ones will outgrow the fad and move on. there's nothing you can realy do about it but bitch.. but the only way it'll go away is when teh fad burns out.. and then a new one starts. oh well. thats life.
